OIKO ENERGY provides the ability to issue building permits and small-scale permits for any new construction or repair. CLASSIFICATIONS - AUTHORIZATION ARRANGEMENTS
Our company undertakes the settlement and legalization of arbitrary constructions with the current legislation, indicating the best way for the fines and the most installments as well as the attestations of engineers that are necessary for the transfer of the real estate. Our technical office undertakes the calculation of the fine, the detailed filing of arbitrariness and the direct grant of a complete file of the property, thus giving the owner the right to proceed to any legal process.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY CERTIFICATES
From 1/01/2012 for any property lease or transfer, it is mandatory by law to have an Energy Performance Certificate of the Building. OIKO ENERGY undertakes this process through a series of necessary actions:

ELECTRONIC IDENTITY OF THE BUILDING

The purpose of the Electronic Identity of a Building / Independent Divided Property is to record the current condition of the building or the divided property, respectively, and their permits, as well as to monitor and control their changes during their lifetime.

Our company can help you to obtain the building electronic identity certificate immediately. All the documents for the processing of the certificate, because they concern plans, licenses, arrangements and more, we will be very happy to arrange your file. Some homeowners have little or no plans due to the age of the building, plans that can be found in the urban planning of Greece.
